Error when installing Ruby for iis 0.1 (1)

I receive the following error during installation:

"Error opening file for writing:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\msvcp71.dll

Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recieved the exact same message. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get around this?

I had to rename the existing ' msvcp71.dll ' to ' msvcp71_original.dll ' and then re-run the installer. after it finishes I go in and change the new one to ' msvcp71_for_ruby.dll ' and take ' _original ' out of the original file's name. It worked after that.
